This class begins with mobility work to prepare our bodies to move comfortably & safely before transitioning to a full body workout focused on strength & endurance. Options are provided for each exercise, so you can choose the intensity & movement that works best for your body. The only pieces of equipment needed are our bodies and some household items (i.e. towel, chair, etc). No prior fitness experience needed.
